front of house staff are constantly moving, serving food, cleaning tables and assisting customers when needed, but are given a 30 minute break for lunch.The staff are all nice, and mostly consists of young people. The work that is to be done there is fun and enjoyable. Work 5 days a week dependant on staff numbers which gives chance for more hours available. Ask a question about working or interviewing at Cannon Hall Farm. He now mostly works in the marketing department promoting the farm to the public and enjoys the varied aspects of social media. I could be working in the tills, as a car park attendant, with the sheep ad ferrets for the races, supervising the rabbits and guinea pigs while the public can pet them or helping with the genera upkeep of the farm.
I have been visiting for years with my daughter and now my grandchildren. Don't forget to tune in to Channel 5 on Friday nights at 9pm as Cannon Hall Farm lands a brand new TV series. Everyone is so friendly and the staff have time for you.

There are a few breeds of cattle too. The variety of sheep there is incredible. The animals are superbly cared for and it’s wonderful to see. Staff members are lovely people too. Although a different visit than usual, we had a truly brilliant day with still plenty to see and do. All staff were friendly and helpful and all had clearly been trained in the use of ppe and social distancing. We’ve been before but they have recently opened a new reptile house so we thought it was worth another visit.
